Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems designed for 2026 workloads.
- Define the technical roadmap for Generative AI and Predictive Modeling initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) for potential implementation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
