Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models and ensure high availability, security, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation in neural interface design and predictive analytics algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their potential application in current infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
