Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement the core architecture for large-scale AI models and neural networks.
- Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements for our distributed computing systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and researchers.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven decisions.
