- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of deep learning models, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, high-concurrency systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead technical teams through ambiguity and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Innovation: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Edge Computing.
