Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural framework for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and methodologies for scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for high-performance computing and edge deployment scenarios.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
