Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to translate insights into actionable plans
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to pilot stage with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation through workshops and cross-functional leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for tech-driven companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
