Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to prototype 2026 business models and customer experiences
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into annual roadmaps
- Manage proprietary trend intelligence database and publish quarterly industry disruption reports
- Represent the firm at global foresight conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ tech focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
