Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion agile methodologies and rapid experimentation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or other frontier technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Design Thinking, Foresight Methodology, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience scaling teams and managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
