Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026+ technology roadmap, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Forge industry partnerships to identify emerging trends and co-develop next-gen solutions
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with proven productization of emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching 3+ market-defining products in AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain
- Expertise in future-gazing frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital circles
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices for rapid iteration
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
