- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and champion design thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic variables affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder communications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, Horizon Scanning)
