Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate planning
- Curate and manage an external innovation network of startups, academia, and industry disruptors
- Produce executive briefings and roadmaps translating complex futures into actionable business imperatives
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in prototyping solutions for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to translate complex futures for diverse audiences
- Experience leading innovation ecosystems within tech, biotech, or sustainability sectors
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EPA)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
