Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain comprehensive ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level briefings
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
