Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026 strategic priorities into development roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of executing large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) or Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches targeting 2025-2027 horizons
