Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, prioritizing moonshot projects with 10x impact potential
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to develop breakthrough solutions
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio, balancing high-risk R&D with scalable commercialization
- Establish partnerships with global tech ecosystems, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and ecosystem impact
- Present vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership, with proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and future trend analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to global market deployment
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) required
