Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and financial data into company databases and software systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 99.9% data integrity.
- Transcribe information from paper documents and digital sources into electronic formats.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding daily targets and data issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a quiet environment.
