Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial records with zero tolerance for errors
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Utilize proprietary software to streamline data workflows and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Generate daily performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 99.9% data integrity across all platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 70+ WPM with 99.8% accuracy
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database management
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-prevention mindset
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sunday-Thursday)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems strongly preferred
