Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate ticket scanning systems and manage attendee flow efficiently
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management during events
- Act as a brand ambassador representing client values with professionalism
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible weekend/evening shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
