Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas in coffee craftsmanship and customer engagement
- Develop seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and innovative brewing methods
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control protocols
- Foster premium customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with chefs on coffee-pairing events and exclusive tasting experiences
- Oversee daily operations during peak hours while maintaining aesthetic standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in specialty coffee with advanced latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume service environments
- Exceptional communication skills with a flair for customer storytelling
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing coffee creations and latte art designs required
