Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on efficient and empathetic resolution.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist customers with product selection, providing expert recommendations and product information.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Update customer records in the database accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
