Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks before store opening
- Stock shelves, display areas, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts (5 days/week)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation to Ward Ave location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
