Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the warehouse and sales floor
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including backroom and sales floor
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals efficiently
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
