Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments using provided equipment
- Stock shelves according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking tools safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Early morning availability (3 AM - 11 AM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid work authorization required
