Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishing stock as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales.
- Support the store manager with various operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable and available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
