Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise according to planograms
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and price tag updates
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies to management immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
