Responsibilities
- Stock & Inventory: Efficiently unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming stock for damage, and stock shelves and displays according to company standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor. Ensure products are facing forward and labeled correctly.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product appeal and drive sales.
- Price Accuracy: Update price tags and signage to reflect current promotions and pricing changes accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the store.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic math skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
