Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to exacting standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain spotless cleanliness across all coffee stations and seating areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on our offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
