Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge recommendations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation skills
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee bean varieties
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
