Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure adherence to food safety protocols
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions with efficiency

- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing methods and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
