Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional brand ambassador experiences at luxury events, galas, and corporate functions
- Manage VIP guest registration, check-in, and concierge services with precision
- Coordinate seamless event execution including setup, flow management, and breakdown
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution during high-pressure events
- Maintain strict brand standards and confidentiality protocols at all times
- Collaborate with event managers and vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Document event metrics and client feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-end environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue access
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional demeanor with experience in luxury brand environments preferred
