Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain spotless workspace, including espresso machines and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless peak-hour operations
- Source and present fresh pastries/food items
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and milk techniques
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a smile
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Must pass background check
