Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend hours
- Manage reservation systems and guest check-in/out processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual a plus
