Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash registers daily

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
