Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain facility standards
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid California driver's license (if required for local errands)
- Flexible schedule including holidays and special event coverage
