Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage crowd control and venue access protocols
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and backstage coordination
- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Implement emergency response procedures during live events
- Collaborate with venue security and event management teams
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
