Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and VIP areas
- Manage attendee flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event experiences
- Monitor inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold brand standards and event-specific dress codes
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (tomorrow or within 48 hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Detroit
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass basic background check
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
