Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service and guest engagement during evening hours
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams
- Manage reservations and maintain seating flow efficiency
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to daily pre-shift preparation and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM), weekends required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
