Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, keep work areas organized, and report hazards immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and be available for consistent full-time shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations for inventory and shipping labels.
- Equipment Experience: Previous experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus but not required.
