Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control and order fulfillment in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-certified precision
- Perform quality assurance checks on perishable goods
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold storage environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift certification experience
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification required
- Ability to work in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
