Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized styling and product expertise
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Process high-value transactions with precision using advanced POS systems
- Manage inventory control and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with stylists and management on client retention strategies
- Participate in seasonal product knowledge training and certification programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annual sales volume)
- Expertise in premium brands (e.g., Gucci, Tiffany & Co., LVMH portfolio)
- Advanced POS system proficiency (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and events
- Valid DC salesperson license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
