Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior, personalized shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
