- Accurately input and verify high-volume financial and transactional data across multiple systems
- Maintain 99.5% data integrity through rigorous quality control protocols
- Process sensitive information while maintaining strict HIPAA and SOX compliance
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary data management software
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Train on new data processing systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel macros
- Proven track record in night shift operations with excellent attendance records
- Associates degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP data entry interfaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
