Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume financial and operational data using proprietary systems
- Maintain strict data security protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Perform daily reconciliation of data sets with 99.8% accuracy threshold
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Generate daily performance reports using Excel and proprietary analytics tools
- Train on new data management systems quarterly to maintain technical proficiency
- Participate in monthly process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data discrepancy resolution
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
