Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at upscale events including conferences, galas, and private parties
- Manage VIP check-in, seating arrangements, and attendee flow with precision
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications and brand guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively with a polished demeanor
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Report operational insights to event management team post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end hospitality or event experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event setup protocols and AV equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
