Responsibilities
- Brand Representation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing our clients at various events.
- Guest Services: Greet attendees, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Event Logistics: Assist with setup, teardown, and coordination of event materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Ushering & Crowd Control: Direct guest flow efficiently and manage crowd density to ensure safety and order.
- Communication: Relay important information to event organizers and interact positively with vendors and attendees.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to adhere to a strict schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensive distances, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed for event coverage.
