Responsibilities
- Greet guests and attendees with a welcoming and professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and branded merchandise to attendees effectively.
- Assist with crowd control, line management, and directing traffic to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the event space, including waste management and resetting stations.
- Interact with event coordinators to provide feedback and ensure brand standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience and provide accurate information about the event.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
