Responsibilities
- Greet attendees and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with event setup, registration, and breakdown according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Direct traffic and ensure crowd safety during peak times.
- Operate ticketing and scanning equipment accurately.
- Answer attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to meet specific venue requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations in Saint Paul.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often outdoors or on uneven surfaces.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus but not required.
