Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including the distribution of provided equipment.
- Maintain event flow by guiding attendees and managing crowd control areas effectively.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all branding and decor requirements are met.
- Monitor event areas for safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues immediately.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times while wearing provided uniforms.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are mandatory.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
