Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at premium events including VIP receptions and corporate functions
- Manage guest flow, seating arrangements, and VIP access protocols
- Execute setup and breakdown procedures for high-end event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and venue management to ensure flawless execution
- Handle cash operations and premium beverage service where required
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of premium event or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts and flexible scheduling
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
