Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for high-end clientele during evening hours
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and VIP concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and access control protocols
- Prepare end-of-night reports and secure cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or high-end front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure evening environments
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Advanced knowledge of Sacramento nightlife and attractions
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
