Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in premium retail store before opening hours
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure floor readiness for morning operations
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom with FIFO inventory practices
- Assist with receiving shipments and processing deliveries efficiently
- Support visual merchandising standards and product placement strategies
- Safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to start shifts at 4 AM consistently and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle Retail)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with high-end or luxury retail environments preferred
